While the last thing Bob Dylan was singing about on The Times They Are A-Changin’ was market disruption (he was singing about another type of disruption), the sentiment certainly rings true today. From social media to the rise of the sharing economy to the perceived value of a “Like”, things we’ve taken for granted have been upended, and we’ve been forced to re-think how we reach out and engage our audiences.
